Solfeggio Frequencies

“What are solfeggio frequencies?”, you may be asking yourself. Great question.

First let’s look into the origin:

Solfeggio frequencies are traced back to the 11th century, embedded in Western Europe’s musical traditions. Initially, these frequencies were part of the ancient solmization system, where each note in a musical scale was assigned a specific syllable: “Ut, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La.”
They were forgotten about as the modern world changed and replaced old ways, but in the 1970’s Dr. Joseph Puleo, a naturopathic physician and researcher, played a pivotal role in the modern rediscovery of solfeggio frequencies. His studies revealed a series of six repeating codes corresponding to the six notes of the Solfeggio scale, each associated with specific healing properties.

But solfeggio frequencies extend beyond the realm of sound healing; they serve as essential tools for promoting relaxation, relieving stress, and cultivating balance within the body’s energy centers (chakras). By influencing brainwave activity in a positive way, solfeggio frequencies contribute significantly to harmonizing the body’s chakras… this enhances one’s path to healing and overall well-being. This interplay between solfeggio frequencies and chakras forms the foundation of a holistic approach to health, which can activate, cleanse, and align the chakras to support their natural healing processes.

It has become clear that incorporating these specific frequencies into recordings and productions can have a profound impact on our well-being. With that said, this is an area of science and health that Seratone Studio is now getting involved in, if not only as a messenger reminding that everything is composed of frequencies and that the usage of some of them can significantly improve your life.
